Services are provided strictly for lawful business communication purposes.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be legally capable of entering binding contracts under Indian law
  • Represent a registered business or lawful commercial activity

We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility criteria are not met.

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for:

  • All activities conducted through your account
  • Immediate notification in case of unauthorized access

  • Prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are non-refundable unless legally mandated
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension

Subscription Renewal & Termination

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
Aniket Rathod may terminate Services:

  • For policy violations
  • For non-payment
  • If required by Meta, telecom operators, or law

Upon termination, access to Services may be revoked immediately.

Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Users acknowledge that:

  • WhatsApp and RCS are governed by third-party policies
  • Message templates require prior approval
  • Delivery is subject to platform rules and recipient availability

We do not guarantee message approval or delivery.

Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Message delivery depends on:

  • Recipient device/network availability
  • Platform-level restrictions
  • Compliance with opt-in requirements

Aniket Rathod is not liable for failed or delayed delivery beyond its control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All software, trademarks, logos, content, and technology belong to Aniket Rathod or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and business information disclosed during service usage.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Aniket Rathod shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or revenue loss.

Indemnification

Governing Law (India)
